EVERY TEACHER'S DILEMMAS

There are always those students or a particular lesson that really challenges you as a teacher like:
• Students ask you something that you do not know or didn't even consider. It's fine to admit that you don't know, the challenge becomes how your students process it. Will they see you as less of a 'expert'?  Will they take you less seriously?  Will they be less likely to ask you something in the future?  Worst of all, admitting you don't know, may make them feel that they are smarter than you (this is a natural disorder that must teens suffer from anyway).
